Executive Chef, Michael Traquair, brings his vast experience at some of Vancouver's top hotels and restaurants to the Ramada Plaza since its opening in September 2003. Together with his Culinary Team they have established a reputation for exceptional taste, quality and presentation through the many high-profile events held at the facility.

Our Chefs Apprenticeship Program teaches our next generation of chefs more than just cooking good food. We foster and nurture a positive team culture committed to continual growth and improvement, so we are able to offer the very best in quality for our guests while gaining recognition and respect for our approach to food and the team we develop for the future. Our chefs are passionate, proud and committed to preparing fresh seasonal culinary creations customized to suit any event.
